Yoga, Meditation and Cooking Workshops in one retreat. Without to hurry, staying in nature, and with a lot of free time for yourself. Dive into your Yoga and Meditation practice for the first six days. Afterwards we will lean about the plant based cuisine together and taste some delicious vegan self made food for three days.
A balanced nutrition, tasty and no guilty pleasures. That's the motto. Let go of everyday life and enjoy your time for yourself in the beautiful eco & natural seminar house, TamanGa, which is founded and managed by Peace Food author, doctor and seminar speaker Rüdiger Dahlke. A natural environment without W-LAN and distractions to come to yourself and recharge your batteries. The first six days we will start the day with a gentle wake up yoga session, followed by a nutritious breakfast buffet. In the afternoons we gather for a gentle practice of yin yoga, meditation or similar, followed by a rich plant-based dinner buffet and some talking if you like. The last three days we will have breakfast, then spend three to four hours together in the kitchen trying out delicious recipes for breakfast, brunch and delicacies. You have enough free time during your stay to take a nice walk through the forest and the herb garden, refresh yourself in the natural pool, or just chill in the hammock in the forest. We end the day together with a delicious dinner.
Nina is guiding you through your yoga, meditation and cooking practice. Expect a dash of humor mixed with a gentle voice during your sessions.
The feeling of ease and a sense of relaxation is spread by her, inviting you to bring in your energy if you like to be creative.

Here high quality meets minimalism. Simple and equipped with everything you really need: the "Klause", your retreat place. It offers you just enough to make you feel comfortable and cozy. A simple style was deliberately chosen because life in TamanGa takes place outside. The Klause is deliberately free of WiFi and TV to give you even more time to relax and unwind (LAN cables are available at reception). We also ask you to at least switch off the internet on your cell phone to reduce the "radiation salad".
Thank you very much.
On request you can book a different type of accommodation.
Your room is ready for you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask that you leave the room by 8:30 a.m. at the latest. You can still stay onsite and use a shower and bathroom until 5pm. If you arrive after 6:00 p.m., please let us know in advance by phone or email.
Included in TamanGa: Self-directed TamanGa nature cure with herb garden, forest bathing in hammocks, MP3 player with meditations, book rental, swinging loungers, Brainlight massage chairs & fitness equipment, extensive grounds for walking and enjoying, natural pools and sauna, parking lot, washing machine for free use.
Yoga mats, blankets and cushions are available for all participants on site. When the weather is nice, the yoga platform, the stone circle, the forest hall or the Tai Chi meadow can be used.
We ask you to bring the following with you: bath towels, bathrobe and slippers (for using the swimming pond and sauna).
