Two afternoons are completely free, without practice, so you can explore the island and local cuisine on your own rhythm. Wether you have done yoga, meditation or tried vegan food before, this time is perfect to nourish & recharge. Try out something new maybe. It does not matter if you travel alone or in company. Regardless of age and level, you can find instructions and support for your yoga and meditation practice.

Your Accommodation
According to your preferences you will be staying in an apartment that is part of a beautiful ecological farm at the west coast next to la Pared. Depending on your wishes, the prices can vary between quite relaxed or more luxury lodging options for your stay. Find here the first line beach accommodations. In all cases, you will have your own private studio apartment with little kitchen area and own bathroom.
