With a balanced diet, special breathing techniques, yoga, meditation and being in nature, you can become more mindful of yourself and your surroundings. Let go of your everyday life and enjoy your time for yourself in the beautiful eco & natural seminar house. TamanGa is founded and managed by Peace Food author, doctor and seminar speaker Rüdiger Dahlke. It is a perfect environment in nature without internet to come to yourself and recharge your batteries in the fresh air.
Morning yoga to start your day, followed by a nutritious breakfast buffet. Take a walk through the forest and herb garden to refresh yourself, or take a break in one of the chill-out areas before we meet again for a meditative practice in the afternoon. After an enjoyable dinner, we end the day together with a "sharing circle" on the topics letting go, self-love and health.
A lot of things in life are actually very simple. Also that moment when you turn off your phone and turn on your heart. BAM, there it is already: your inner world; it was there all along, you just overlooked it, didn't feel it, or cared about it. That's over now! Breathe in really deeply with ease and breathe out with a huge smile.
The tension in your head and neck will automatically relax and your face will slowly soften. Your chest expands and you feel relaxation flow throughout your whole body.
Nina is guiding you through your yoga and meditation practice. Expect a dash of humor mixed with a gentle voice during your sessions.
The feeling of ease and a sense of relaxation is spread by her, inviting you to bring in your energy if you like to be creative.

Upgrade of room type is possible if you wish.
High standard meets minimalism. Simple and equipped with everything you really need: the "Klause", your retreat place. It offers you just enough to make you feel comfortable and cozy. A simple style was deliberately chosen because life in TamanGa takes place outside. The Klause is deliberately free of WiFi and TV to give you even more time to relax and unwind (LAN cables are available at reception). We also ask you to at least switch off the internet on your cell phone to reduce the "radiation salad".

On request you can book a different type of accommodation.
Your room is ready for you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask that you leave the room by 8:30 a.m. at the latest. You can still stay onsite and use a shower and bathroom until 5pm. If you arrive after 6:00 p.m., please let us know in advance by phone or email.
Included in TamanGa: Self-directed TamanGa nature cure with herb garden, forest bathing in hammocks, MP3 player with meditations, book rental, swinging loungers, Brainlight massage chairs & fitness equipment, extensive grounds for walking and enjoying, natural pools and sauna, parking lot, washing machine for free use.
Yoga mats, blankets and cushions are available for all participants on site. When the weather is nice, the yoga platform, the stone circle, the forest hall or the Tai Chi grass area can be used.
We ask you to bring the following with you: bath towels, bathrobe and slippers (for using the swimming pond and sauna).
