about the class
In Yin Yoga we hold the poses for longer time and with less intensity to target the connective tissues in our body. It is recommended to wear comfy and warm clothing. The breath work can allow yourself to focus, balance and calm your mind. The class will take around 60 min.

You can book your spot until one day ahead with the link below. Come as you are and bring some water and comfortable clothes.
If you are pregnant, have any injuries, hyper-mobility, or pain, please inform me prior to the class.

Everyone loves to relax and feel amazing, right? And breath work supports us in all situations, and we all need to breath, so yes, it is definitely for you :)
