x-mas cooking workshop

from vegan eggnog, festive falafel with cranberry pear dip, lentil shepard´s pie to raw christmas cookies:

we had a happy & healthy christmas dinner for everyone :)



Raw Christmas Cookies


  • ●  300 g almond meal

  • ●  5 tablespoons of coconut oil

  • ●  5-6 medjool dates

  • ●  Dash of agave syrup

  • ●  Pinch of cinnamon

  • ●  Pinch of vanilla powder

  • ●  Pinch of cardamom

  • ●  1 teaspoon of cocoa powder

  • ●  Dash of plant milk (almond, rice, etc)

  • ●  Grated vegan chocolate for icing


    -Melt coconut oil in a pot on low heat.
    -Roughly chop your dates, then add everything but the almond meal to a food processor and blitz till a paste forms – it might be a bit sticky – that’s ok. -Transfer to a large mixing bowl, and add the almond meal.
    -Kneed the almond meal into the paste until a nice dough forms, add plant milk if needed
    -Cut little shapes out
    -Refrigerate for 30 - 60min
    -Melt vegan chocolate and cover the cookies.
