As you walk towards the table you see the most colorful plates with tempting looking dishes. You smile as you sit down for your well deserved after yoga breakfast and cannot wait to get your hands on the cooking yourself.

Daily yoga sessions outdoors, meditation classes in nature. Cooking workshops where you get the hands on experience for basic vegan food preparation, and enjoy delicious dishes together. On top of that count on island vibes to take in as well on amazing Fuerteventura. Staying in the beautiful Casa del Campo, on the West Coast of the southern part, close to la Pared. You start your day with gentle morning yoga outdoors, accompanied by a wholesome organic plant-based breakfast. During you day you have lots of free time to do what you feel like doing: maybe read a book on the porch, walk around or to the beach, take surf lessons, talk with other guests, chill by the jacuzzi or in hammock, dance, day dream, sing, whatever your heart desires. In the afternoon we come together for a relaxation session, such as yin yoga, or meditation, followed by a delicious and rich vegan dinner. The cooking workshops will be taken place in one of the studio kitchen where we afterwards eat together and share our experience.

One afternoon is completely free, without program or dinner, so you can explore the island and local cuisine on your own rhythm. Wether you have done yoga, meditation or vegan cooking before or not, this week is ideal if you are searching for a nourishing vacation in aware surroundings; it does not matter if you travel alone or in company. Regardless of age and level, you can find instructions and support for your yoga and meditation practice to apply and and also for your cooking to take home afterwards.

Sample Schedule Yoga & Cooking


Arrival Day:

Check in after 16:00 (possible until 22:00)

afterwards we meet and greet and enjoy a welcome dinner

 

A Sample Day:

 9:00 gentle, activating  yoga practice (75min)

10:30 organic and healthy breakfast

 

Your time for yourself on the island

 

16:00 - 19:00 preparation of blissful vegan dishes and dining together 3x

or:

17:00 releasing practice, like meditation or yin yoga (75min) 3x

18:30 divine plant-based dinner - except for one afternoon,

without afternoon practice and dinner; your time to go with your flow

and discover local cuisine on your own or with the group.

 

During your stay there will be water and fruits available in the house and lots of veggies in the garden. Enjoy the island, go surfing, relax, dance, sing, just follow your heart.

 

Departure Day:

early morning yoga, breakfast & departure before 10:00
