Daily yoga outdoors, meditation sessions in nature, and workshops where you find out some basics of vegan food preparation and enjoy heavenly food together. And yes, there is island vibes to take in as well on stunning Fuerteventura. Staying in the beautiful Casa del Campo, at the West Coast of the southern part of the island by la Pared, we start the day with gentle morning yoga outdoors, accompanied by a wholesome organic plant based breakfast. During the day you have lots of free time to do what you feel like doing: read, walk, beach, surf, hike, talk, chill, dance, dream, etc. In the afternoons where we do not prepare any food, we meet for a relaxation session like yin yoga or meditation. One afternoon is completely free, without program or dinner, so you can explore the island and cuisine on your own rhythm. The cooking workshops will be taken place in one of our studios kitchen where we all meet and prepare some delicious food that we enjoy afterwards together and share our experience.

Whether you've done yoga and meditation or vegan cooking before or not, this week is perfect for you if you travel alone or in company and feel like recharging in conscious environment. Regardless of age and level, you can find instructions and support for your yoga, meditation and food preparation during your vacation. Cannot wait to meet you soon.

A Sample Day:

09:00 - 10:15 morning yoga practice

afterwards we enjoy a yummy, organic and healthy breakfast 

 

Your Time for Yourself on the lovely island Fuerteventura

 

16:00 - 19:00 preparation of heavenly vegan dishes and dining together afterwards (3x)

or 

17:00 - 18:00 join a relaxing practice, like meditation or yin yoga (3x)

followed by a little chat with tea

 

one afternoon is free without any afternoon practice or dinner, so you have

lots of free time to enjoy a whole afternoon on your own.

 

During the retreat there will be water and fruits available at the house.

Enjoy the island, go surfing, relax, dance, sing, just follow your heart.
