Enjoy your time out with Lets Yoga, Easy Peasy Food and Island Yoga as a joint project on the Canary Island of Fuerteventura. Staying in the beautiful Villa Calma, close to the east coast of the southern part of the
island, you start your day with energizing (yang style) morning yoga outdoors, accompanied by a wholesome organic plant based brunch. During the day you have lots of free time to do what
you feel like doing:
read a book, walk on the beach, take surfing lessons or go on a hike.
In the late afternoon we come together for a relaxation exercise like yin yoga and/or meditation, followed by a delicious and rich dinner, which we either eat
together at the house or in nature (beach, dunes, etc.) as we end the day. One afternoon is completely free, without program or dinner, so you can explore the island and cuisine on your
own rhythm, after all it´s your vacation :)
Whether you've done yoga before or not, this week is perfect for anyone who wants to do something for themselves. Completely in line with your individual needs.

09:00 - 10:15 morning yang yoga practice
afterwards you can enjoy a yummy, organic and healthy brunch
Your Time for Yourself on the lovely island Fuerteventura
17:00 - 18:00 join a relaxing practice, like meditation or yin yoga
followed by a yummy plant-based dinner - except for one afternoon
where there will not be any afternoon practice nor dinner, so you have
lots of free time to enjoy a whole afternoon on your own.
During the retreat there will be water and fruits available at the house.
Enjoy the island, go surfing, relax, dance, sing, just follow your heart.
