Arrival Day: 

Check In after 16:00h, afterwards enjoy our welcome dinner

 

A Sample Day:

08:00 wake up and enjoy a cup of morning tea and a big glass of water

08:30 yoga practice, e.g. sun salutations, pranayama, mindfulness

10:00 local and plant-based brunch with fruits, smoothies, porridge, and lots more

 

 

Your Time for Yourself on the lovely volcanic island Fuerteventura

 

16:00 hands on experience with our vegan chef, preparing you own delicious dinner 

18:30 let us share what we have prepared with lots of love

 

In general the times are consciously chosen according to a "yogic" way of eating as the ayurveda already teaches to have longer periods without food and rather start to eat later and stop eating earlier during your day. There is always water, fresh fruits and snacks available during the day :)

Once a week your afternoon is totally free of organized activities. Feel free to relax or take a trip around the island and for dinner explore the local cuisine on your own or in the group.
